The weather systems still give me pause for concern. NOAA is not expecting any real development for another 7 days. The areas of concern in the atmosphere are not in the gulf at this time. This gives us a bit of space to prepare for what may be a blast.

Please work on your plans for either evacuation or sheltering in place. It does not look like this system is going to be anything more than a rain and wind event for us mid to late next week. However, making necessary preparations is never a bad idea.
