Lots of tropical weather to be aware of. Going from west to east, the concerns are as follows:
- Potential for a system to form either southwest of the Yucatan peninsula or in the Bay of Campeche then moving into the central Mexican coast.
- Potential for development in the central Atlantic and heading into the Caribbean Sea. The direction of the storm once there will be critical for further concern.
- Further east than 2 above, another storm from the African coast heading west toward the Caribbean.
Caribbean storms’ paths are foretelling of a US landfall. The paths’ recurves once in the Gulf can wreak havoc among the Gulf’s states.
I’ll continue to watch and wait. I don’t see anything immediately threatening, so I can can work on my tracking mechanisms, if my mind, body and spirit allows.
